A 4SITE representative will interface with manufacturers, track order status and provide status reports. We coordinate warehouse deliveries, track inventory and provide possible damage reports. Overseas shipping consolidation is available and includes inventory tracking, carton inspection, ocean container loading and custom clearance. 4SITE will interface with the tenant organization and develop a delivery and installation schedule.

A representative will provide on-site management, including offload, assembly, positioning and clean-up. All trash is removed, and a final walk-through is performed with the project manager and tenant. If necessary a punch-list of outstanding items is created, and 4SITE will interface with manufacturers to obtain replacements and parts for possible missing or damaged items.
